Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and intellectually curious Brand Manager who can hit the ground running. The focus of this role is to help define and implement the growth strategy and marketing activities for assigned brands to meet sales, profit and market share targets within agreed budgets and KPI’s. In this role, you will maximize the value of the brands through developing, communicating and implementing brand strategies covering product launches and innovations, communication and pricing. You will develop and manage the implementation of all brand activities based on Company brand strategy. The Brand Manager will report to the Marketing Manager, Company.
Responsibilities and Duties
Brand Strategy
- Develop, recommend and implement brand marketing plans to achieve Ferrero’s objectives and brand KPI’s
- Implement the concept, mechanics and promotional programs for assigned brands
- Monitor results accordingly with each brand’s objectives
- Manage the A&P budget by brand with a precise handling of the brand’s P&Ls
- Prepare product specs, catalogues and presentations to support client management
- Manage market data – IRI, Nielsen and any other consumer research studies
- Bachelor’s Degree is required; MBA is a plus
- 5 years of experience, in a similar role
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Leadership and initiative when addressing opportunities
- Good auditory capacity.
- Ability to receive and impart instructions
- Planning and organizational skills
- Capable of handling pressure and multitasking
- Knowledge in sales, negotiation, marketing, and budget management
- Excellent interpersonal relationship skills
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
