Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Personal Lines team.
- Assist with the management and issuance of insurance certificates requested by clients.
- Accurately and promptly process online payments.
- Review cancellation notices received from agencies, carriers, and premium finance companies.
- Prepare letters, binders, and general correspondence.
- Upload and maintain documents in the client’s digital file.
- Address client needs and provides consistent follow-up.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for general customer service: answering coverage questions, processing changes, explaining payment plans, and more.
- Deliver high-level customer service at all times.
- Previous experience as an Assistant Account Manager or in a similar role within the insurance industry.
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration preferred).
- Property & Casualty License (preferred).
- Knowledge of insurance products and industry regulations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently, as part of a team, and under pressure.
- Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
